The Department of Local Affairs has announced that $296,710.00 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds has been awarded to San Juan County for the following project:
San Juan County, on behalf of Housing Solutions for the Southwest, was awarded a grant of $ to support their ongoing Housing Rehabilitation Program for the coming year 2010/2011. This program will provide and administer twelve housing rehabilitation loans and two emergency repairs, as well as a rental unit in a pilot rental-rehab project.
