The Division of Housing is a division of the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.
What does the Division of Housing do?
The Colorado Division of Housing provides grants and loans to local governments, housing authorities, non-profit housing organizations, for-profit and non-profit housing developers, and other organizations working to create, preserve, and rehabilitate housing for Colorado’s workers, families, and seniors.

The Division of Housing regulates the production and installation of factory-built structures. The Division also enforces building standards in the fifteen Colorado counties without local building departments.
The Division of Housing should not be confused with the Division of Real Estate. The Division of Real Estate is a regulatory agency that oversees the licensing of real estate professionals. The Division of Real Estate can be found online here.
